Pay What You Can Coaching

What is Pay What You Can?

What if coaching wasn’t about transactions, but about connection? What if it could be accessible to anyone, without fixed prices creating barriers? That’s why I’ve chosen to step away from fixed fees and instead offer coaching through a Pay What You Can (PWYC) model, an approach built on trust, fairness and accessibility. The PWYC model is an invitation to contribute in a way that feels right and fair for you. No fixed fees, no pressure, just an open and supportive space where you can choose what is manageable while also valuing the time, energy and depth of this work.

How It Works

- You decide what feels fair - You know your circumstances best and I trust you to contribute an amount that feels sustainable for you.
- No one is turned away - Whether you contribute a little or a lot, you are equally welcome in this space.
- A model built on reciprocity. Those who can give more help support those who may not be able to at this time. Over time, generosity and fairness balance out.
- Coaching remains accessible. This approach allows more people to access support, while still allowing me to sustain and continue offering this work.
- A portion of contributions can go towards a shared, aligned cause - When there is an overflow of support, we can collectively choose to pay it forward, supporting community projects, mental health initiatives, or organisations that align with this ethos.

Does PWYC Mean Free Coaching?

Not necessarily. PWYC isn’t about undervaluing the work, it’s about making coaching accessible while trusting that people will contribute fairly based on what they can afford.

And contributions don’t have to be monetary. If cash flow is hard for you right now, there are always other ways to give back if you’d like. Some ways people have contributed include:

🌻 Offering skills - you’re a wonderfully talented human, a skill-swap is a great alternative.
🌻 Sending books or resources - I am always wanting to learn, so anything that might be meaningful to this work.
🌻 Spreading the word - sharing your coaching experience with others who might benefit from or support it.

Every contribution, big or small, is received with gratitude.

Why Trust Matters

I believe that people are inherently fair and generous when given the freedom to choose. This model is an experiment in trust, trust that those who value this work will support it, and trust that generosity flows both ways.

What’s Next?

If this approach resonates with you, I’d be thrilled to invite you to explore coaching at your own pace. Choose the journey that feels right for you, and contribute in a way that aligns with your means. Let’s create a space where transformation is not just accessible but deeply supported by a community that believes in the power of fairness and reciprocity.
