My journey to becoming a self-discovery & transformational life coach…
I thought I’d share a bit about how I got here, getting to work with incredible people like you to create more meaningful and nourishing days.
I've always been intrigued by humans, the spectrum of our experiences, the diverse environments that shape us and all the factors that influence our choices, beliefs, thoughts and what sparks our desire for change.
I’m starting my journey from university, but it likely began a long time before that. I studied geography. I liked the human side of things, how people interact with the world and each other. That curiosity led me to do a master’s degree in Sustainability, exploring human behaviour and the complexities of change around sustainability.
After my studies, I found myself working mostly within systems. Yet, I kept feeling drawn back to people, believing that meaningful change, whether within ourselves or in the world around us, starts with how we relate to ourselves and one another.

So, I decided to try something new. My curiosity about the world led me to start my own online business in strategy, management, and marketing. It was an amazing five-year adventure, which that taught me so much about running a business and gave me the freedom to work from anywhere.
But even as I enjoyed the experience, I kept finding myself more focused on the mechanics of the business than on the people behind it.
So, I took a step back and gave myself the space to really reflect on what I wanted. It kept coming back to one thing: people. The beautiful, complex, messy, and remarkable ways we each grow, evolve and navigate life.
That's when the idea of becoming a life coach was planted. At first, it felt unfamiliar, like something I wasn’t sure was “me.” But the more I explored, the clearer it became that this was exactly what I’d been searching for. It brought together my passion for understanding people with the opportunity to create a space for transformation.
When individuals feel more aligned with who they are, it naturally extends to how they show up in the world, nurturing deeper, more genuine connections and impactful change going beyond themselves.
